The standard we work to

What is in place

• The whole site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the element in focus is always visibly outlined.
• A “skip to content” link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader reaches on every page.
• Pages are structured with real landmarks — header, navigation, main content, footer — and a single main heading, so a screen reader can move through them by region and by heading.
• The Hebrew pages declare Hebrew as the page language and right-to-left as the text direction in the page itself, so screen readers pronounce them correctly and the layout mirrors without client-side correction.
• Latin text inside Hebrew — telephone numbers, email addresses, product names — is marked as left-to-right so it is read in the right order.
• Text and background colours were checked against the required contrast ratios in both the light and the dark sections of the site.
• Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; images that are purely decorative are hidden from screen readers rather than described.
• The contact form has a visible label on every field, marks required fields, reports errors in text next to the field concerned and in the language of the page, and moves focus to the first field that needs attention.
• Animation respects the “reduce motion” setting of the operating system, and can also be switched off from the accessibility panel on this site.
• An accessibility panel — the icon at the bottom corner of every page, or Alt + A — lets you set contrast, text size, line spacing, a plainer typeface, link highlighting, cursor size and animation for yourself. Your choices are remembered on your device.
• The site works at 200% browser zoom and on a narrow phone screen without content being cut off or requiring sideways scrolling.

Known limitations

We would rather tell you where the site falls short than claim it is perfect. As at the date of the review above:

• The site has been reviewed internally, using automated testing tools together with manual keyboard and structural checks. It has not yet been examined by a certified service-accessibility expert (מורשה נגישות שירות), and no expert opinion has been issued for it.
• It has not yet been tested end to end with every screen reader in common use in Israel. Where a specific combination gives you trouble, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
• Some illustrations — the world map, the process diagrams, the scanning visuals — are decorative representations rather than data. They are hidden from screen readers, and the information they illustrate is written out in the text beside them.
• The Hebrew Code of Ethics on this site is a convenience translation of the Hebrew original, as noted on that page.
• Parts of the site are animated as you scroll. These animations do not hide content and can be switched off, but they may still be distracting; if so, use “Stop animation” in the accessibility panel.
