A field platform, built by us, used by us.
iStock supports our teams throughout the inventory process — from locations and barcodes to batches, quantities and client-specific information. It manages the count itself: what has been covered, what remains, and what needs a second look.
Because it was developed around the way physical inventory actually works — and refined across three decades of projects — it bends to the environment rather than the other way round.
What iStock is not

Every item is identified by scanning, not by transcription. The barcode is the unit of truth throughout the count.

Counts are structured by location, so a result can always be traced back to where in the site it came from.

Where the environment requires it, batch and lot detail is captured alongside the item and its quantity.

The information captured per item is configured per project, around what the client actually needs to receive.
